How long will delivery take?

All goods are dispatched from our central warehouse in England.  We aim to dispatch all goods on the day of purchase.  Delivery typically takes around 4-5 working days.  Although, sometimes it takes longer so please allow up 15 working days for delivery.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

If after 15 working days you still haven’t received your order please notify us and we’ll offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund.
